軸承零件的常規(guī)清洗方法有刷洗、浸洗、噴淋清洗或高壓噴洗等,相關(guān)的因素主要是有清洗液的性能及使用要求、工件的結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸、重量和材料以及批量大小、清洗作業(yè)場(chǎng)所的勞動(dòng)安全及環(huán)保要求等。但對(duì)清潔度要求甚高的軸承而言,這些清洗方法的效果都不夠理想,而超聲波清洗作為一種優(yōu)良的新工藝,已在軸承行業(yè)越來(lái)越得到重視。

The relevant factors are mainly the performance and use requirements of cleaning fluid, the structure, size, weight, material and batch size of workpiece, labor safety and environmental protection requirements of cleaning workplace, etc. However, for bearings with high cleanliness requirements, the effect of these cleaning methods is not ideal, and ultrasonic cleaning, as an excellent new process, has been paid more and more attention in the bearing industry.

Bearing cleaning is generally divided into two steps in the production process, that is, the cleaning of parts (ferrule, steel ball, retainer, etc.) before assembly and the cleaning of finished products after assembly riveting. Three factors that determine the cleaning effect: cleaning medium (cleaning solution), cleaning process and cleaning device.
就軸承成品清洗工藝和清洗裝置,基于清洗系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際需求,確定了以超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗為清洗方式的軸承成品典型清洗工藝流程:退磁→初噴淋→超聲波清洗→精噴淋→風(fēng)刀吹凈→二次吹凈→熱風(fēng)烘干。
Based on the design basis and actual requirements of the cleaning system, the typical cleaning process of bearing finished products by ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning is determined: demagnetization → primary spraying → ultrasonic cleaning → fine spraying → air knife blowing → secondary blowing → hot air drying.
根據(jù)清洗工藝流程,清洗裝置的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用機(jī)械臂手由PLC的控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝置的手動(dòng)及全自動(dòng)控制,不需要隨軸承大小改變作調(diào)整的定位裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確定位。在超聲清洗、精噴淋和二次吹凈三個(gè)主要的清洗工位,設(shè)計(jì)了旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),保證了清洗的充分性。

There is no need to adjust the positioning device with the change of bearing size to realize accurate positioning.
