The latter should be stopped with a prepared solution to remove some dust and dirt on the surface, and then acetone should be used for the next cleaning process. At the same time, it should be noted that the cylinder body of the ultrasonic cleaning machine needs to undergo multiple cleaning processes. After cooling and drying, it should be rinsed with specialized solutions once each. The thickness of the mesh pad should meet the requirements, and the stainless steel mesh should be cleaned and set aside for later use.

超聲波振板使用操作方法：把振板按使用要求固定在清洗槽內(nèi)，換能器引線插到超聲波發(fā)生器的輸出端，合理放置超聲波發(fā)生器，再把超聲波生器的電源插頭插入備有單相220V，10A電源規(guī)格的小三圓插座上，注意接好地線，待清洗槽內(nèi)洗凈液的液面浸沒(méi)振板或到達(dá)預(yù)定高度，開啟動(dòng)超聲波發(fā)生器的電源開關(guān)即可。
