1、數(shù)控面板加熱

1. Numerical control panel heating

一般實(shí)驗(yàn)室用的數(shù)控超聲波清洗機(jī)，帶有加熱功能的機(jī)型，如th-300bq，就是數(shù)控按鍵加熱。數(shù)控區(qū)顯示當(dāng)前溫度，可以設(shè)定溫度值，當(dāng)達(dá)到加熱值是自動(dòng)停止加熱。此種加熱一般是用硅膠板加熱。

分體超聲波清洗機(jī)根據(jù)使用情況有用溫控儀加熱，使用方法如下：按下加熱開(kāi)關(guān)，溫控儀將顯示測(cè)量溫度與控制溫度。上面顯示的是測(cè)量溫度，下面顯示的是控制溫度，當(dāng)測(cè)量溫度低于控制溫度時(shí)，溫控儀上out燈亮，加熱指示燈亮，設(shè)備處于加熱狀態(tài);當(dāng)測(cè)量溫度高于控制溫度時(shí)，溫控儀上out燈滅，加熱指示燈熄滅，設(shè)備停止加熱。控制溫度設(shè)置方法：按撥碼鍵設(shè)定控制溫度，如058，控制溫度為58度。此種一般是用加熱管加熱。
